Privacy Policy

Axure Property Africa ("Axure", "we") provides property management software. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Questions: support@axurepropertyafrica.com.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, company name and country, and a securely hashed password.
• Data you enter about your business: properties, units, tenants (name, contact details, ID number, emergency contact), leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, vendors, notices and messages. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter your tenants' details.
• Enquiries: details you give us through contact or sign-up forms.
• Technical data: IP address and security logs (sign-ins, payments recorded) used to protect accounts.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send account emails (confirmation, password reset, invitations), respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare — hosting and database.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails.

These providers may process data outside your country. We share data with others only when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it on request unless the law requires us to keep it. Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected by secure cookies, and each company's data is isolated from others.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing, including under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 and similar laws. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
