By creating an account or using Axure Property Africa you agree to these terms.

The service

Axure provides online tools for managing properties, tenants, leases, payments records and maintenance. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us about any unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You confirm you are allowed to enter it, including tenants' personal details, and that you will use it lawfully. See our Privacy Policy.

Payments records

Axure records payments that you enter. Unless we state otherwise in writing, Axure does not hold or move your money, and you remain responsible for collecting rent and for any tax obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other companies' data, no disrupting or reverse engineering the platform, and no sending spam.

Plans and fees

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans, if you choose one, are described on our pricing section and billed as stated there. You may stop using the service at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, Axure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
