Axure Global is subscription software for managing rental properties in Africa. It keeps properties, units, tenants, leases, rent payments, maintenance requests and reports in one place. It is software only, not a property management agency.

It replaces spreadsheets and scattered chat threads with one record of who has paid, which repairs are open and how each property is performing. Owners and managers can see this in a web browser.

Yes. The platform runs in a web browser, so owners abroad can check payments, maintenance and reports from anywhere with an internet connection. A local manager or caretaker can be invited to handle day-to-day tasks.

No. Axure Global does not collect or hold rent. Owners and managers keep control of their own payment accounts and record payments in the software.

Not inside the platform yet. M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Paystack online payments are planned and are not live. Today, managers record payments in the system as they receive them.

No. The tenant portal works in a normal phone or computer browser.

Yes. Requests can be logged for a unit, given a priority, assigned to a vendor, costed and updated until they are resolved.

Partly. Managers can compose messages to tenants and the system keeps a log of them. Automatic delivery over WhatsApp is planned and is not live yet.

Owners can open statements and print them or save them as PDF from the browser. The reports page also shows monthly collection and occupancy summaries.

Plans start at $9 per month and are billed in US dollars. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Online payment of subscriptions is not switched on yet, so there is no charge during the trial.

Yes. You can register a property in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the United Arab Emirates or Australia as well as in ten African countries.
