Rent Collection & Tracking

Track every rent payment against the right tenant and unit, see who is paid, pending or overdue, and record payments as they arrive.

Who it helps: Landlords and property managers, including owners living abroad.
How it works: Record payments in the dashboard and follow the ledger. Axure Global provides the software; owners keep control of their own payment accounts, and Axure Global does not hold rent.
Problem it solves: Replaces spreadsheets and chasing tenants to confirm who has paid.
Status: Available Rent ledger and payment recording. Planned, not live: M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Paystack online payments, automated reminders and digital receipts.

Tenant Portal

A tenant portal where tenants check their rent and payment history and report repairs from any phone or computer browser. No app download.

Who it helps: Tenants, and the managers who support them.
How it works: A manager or owner invites the tenant by email. The tenant signs in through the browser to view payments and send repair requests.
Problem it solves: Cuts down calls and messages asking for balances and repair updates.
Status: Available Tenant sign-in, payment history and repair requests. Planned, not live: lease document access.

Maintenance Requests

Log requests, set priority, assign vendors and record costs through to resolution.

Who it helps: Property managers, owners and tenants who report issues.
How it works: A tenant or manager creates a request for a unit. The manager sets priority, assigns a vendor and updates the status until it is resolved.
Problem it solves: Stops repair requests getting lost in calls and chat threads.
Status: Available Requests, priority, vendors, costs and status updates.

Reports & Owner Statements

Monthly rent collected, occupancy, tenants and maintenance at a glance, plus owner statements.

Who it helps: Owners, diaspora investors and portfolio managers.
How it works: Figures update from the payments, units and maintenance records already in the system. Owner statements can be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
Problem it solves: Gives owners a clear picture without asking for spreadsheets.
Status: Available Dashboard summaries, monthly collection report and owner statements.

WhatsApp Messaging

Compose reminders and notices for tenants in one place, with a log of what was sent.

Who it helps: Property managers and owners who already talk to tenants on WhatsApp.
How it works: A manager writes a message for one property or all tenants and Axure Global records it in the communications log.
Problem it solves: Keeps tenant messages organised instead of scattered across personal phones.
Status: Partly available Message composing and logging are available. Planned, not live: automatic WhatsApp delivery, which will be an optional paid add-on.

Leases & Notices

Keep lease records and property notices organised by property and tenant, with lease end dates in one view.

Who it helps: Property managers and owners.
How it works: Create leases with start and end dates and post notices to a property. Expiring leases show up on the dashboard.
Problem it solves: Makes it harder to miss a lease renewal or lose track of notices.
Status: Partly available Lease records, notices and expiring-lease tracking. Planned, not live: uploading and searching document files.
